By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these GTCS, as well as by the policies referred to in this document and/or available via hyperlink (privacy policy, return policy, etc.).

Please read these GTCS carefully before making a purchase. By validating an order on the website, you agree to be bound by these GTCS. If these GTCS are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these GTCS.

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these GTCS by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continuing to use the website or accessing it after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Hosting and platform

Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Products

Certain products may be available exclusively online, on the website. These products may be available in limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the shop. We cannot guarantee that the display of colours on your computer screen will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, where a legitimate reason justifies it. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product that we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a product at any time. Any offer of a product made on this website is void where prohibited.

We do not guarantee that the quality of the products, information or other items purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors on the website will be corrected.

Prices

The prices of our products may be changed without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us where a legitimate reason justifies it (for example: suspicion of fraud, payment incident, manifestly inconsistent information, inability to deliver to the indicated address). We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

In the event of a modification or cancellation of an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or the billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Delivery

Processing time (preparation): 1 to 3 business days.

The indicated times are estimated (indicative) and may vary depending on the carrier, peak activity periods and external events. In the event of a significant delay, you can contact our customer service. If delivery does not take place after a reminder and a reasonable additional period, you may, under the conditions provided by law, request the termination of the contract and obtain a refund of the amounts paid.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise this right, you can send us an email at contact@steampunk-factory.com clearly expressing your wish to withdraw, indicating your order number.

You may handle the product as you would in a shop in order to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The original packaging and labels are not mandatory to exercise the legal right of withdrawal, but they are recommended when you still have them in order to protect the product during transport. In the event of handling going beyond what is necessary, a depreciation may be applied if justified.

The right of withdrawal also applies to items sold on promotion (excluding specific legal exceptions).

Returns and refunds

Free returns: TG GROUP covers the return costs. After your request, we send you the practical instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be made to your original means of payment.

Refund period: we proceed with the refund no later than within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return (and/or after receipt of proof of shipment where this applies), and in any event in accordance with the legal time limits.

Legal warranties

Regardless of any commercial policy, you benefit from the applicable legal warranties, in particular the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.

In the event of a problem (defect, breakdown, non-conformity), contact us at contact@steampunk-factory.com specifying the order concerned and, if possible, attaching useful elements (photos, description).

The clauses below mainly govern the use of the website (user behaviour, content, third-party tools, etc.). They apply insofar as they do not contradict these GTCS and the consumer's legal rights.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are valid until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the website, or when you cease to use our website.

If we believe that you do not comply with, or we suspect that you have not complied with, any of the terms or provisions of these Terms, we may also restrict or terminate access to the website at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

Entirety of the agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
